Booking your appointment is designed to be simple and supportive, especially if you’re navigating illness, fatigue or big life changes.
1. Choose the type of support you’re interested in You don’t need to be certain — occupational therapy, coaching or blended support can all be explored together.
2. Select a time that works for you You’ll see my available appointments and can choose a slot that feels manageable. Initial conversations are offered online or over the telephone, with face‑to‑face options arranged when needed.
3. Complete your booking Fees are paid at the time of booking to secure your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
If you’re new, we’ll begin with an Initial Conversation — a gentle starting point to understand what’s changed and what kind of support will help.
